The report is accessible only to you and the Whistleblowing Supervisor. Through this platform you can submit a report in a secure and confidential mode. If provided for in the regulations, you can send a report completely anonymously.
Confidential Report: confidential report means a report in which the whistleblower is identifiable. Confidential reporting requires the user to register in advance, and then, once an account is created, he or she can submit the report. It is possible to submit a confidential report even without creating an account, by filling out the Report Form from the "Report without Registration" section (if any) and indicating personal data within the form. The reporter's data are separate from the report, so the confidential report is sent to the Responsible person anonymously. Only the Responsible Officer can associate the report with the data of the reporter and thus visualize the identity of the reporter.
Anonymous Report: anonymous reports are reports that do not allow the report to be associated with the name of the reporter because the data of the reporter's name does not exist. In this case, the reporter is not required to register with the system and can submit the report as an unregistered user in the "Report without registration" section, if any.
This platform guarantees the confidentiality and security of information: All information you enter, including your identity is encrypted and can only be read by you and the recipient(s) of the reports (Whistleblowing Supervisor).
Once the report is submitted, you can follow its status and continue to communicate with the Whistleblowing Supervisor through the message area, which is associated with the report. All information is encrypted and protected by the platform in this case as well. If you have indicated an email address (or if you have registered), you will receive an email notification when the Supervisor sends a message to you. In any case, we recommend that you periodically access your report to check for any requests for clarification from the Supervisor. For more confidentiality, we recommend that you do not use a corporate email address.
If you have indicated your name, or if you are submitting the report as a registered user, your identity remains hidden even from the Supervisor, who will still have the option of displaying it if he deems it necessary. In that case you will be informed by a notice within the report.
For more confidentiality, we suggest that you:
- do not include personal information that could lead to your identity in the description of the reported incident;
- do not use a company email address for registration or to receive notifications from the system;
- do not submit a report from your workstation
